    Data Administrator - St. Paul, MN
    API requires an experienced Data Administrator to manage its enterprise data environment – an environment that supports and promotes API’s delivery of services to its rapidly growing customer base.  API’s production environment includes real-time multi-site replication for OLTP, DSS and batch load applications.

    Scope of Responsibilities
    Work independently, and as part of overall cross-functional team, to maintain the data used for production, test, and development purposes. With guidance provided by the Database Architect help to ensure database integrity, efficiency, reliability, and scalability.

    Required Skills, Experience and Education
    • Candidate should have 1 to 3 years or more experience performing and leading data maintenance related activities.
    • Candidate must have drive and desire to utilize best practices in a growing dynamic 24 x 7 Application Service Provider (ASP) environment.
    • Working experience with large databases.
    • Some experience in data modeling and relational database design.
    • Experience preferred in:
      • MYSQL and/or any relational database PL/SQL language and support in UNIX environment.
      • Data management, versioning, administration and testing.
      • Data upgrade, backup and restore.
      • Create and implement physical databases from Logical Data Models.
      • Automate frequent data management requirement by using SQL scripts.
      • SQL server and support in Windows environment.
    • Excellent communication skills with an ability to translate requirements into technical plans and specifications
    • Very strong problem-solving skills
    • Strong customer and service orientation
    • The candidate must be persistent, result oriented, and a self starter
    • Computer Science related degree or equivalent experience

    Senior Java Software Engineer - St. Paul, MN
    Responsible for leading design, development, and advancement of software employed by API for its hosted services (ASP) environment.   This is a Java software development environment that supports and promotes API’s delivery of services to its rapidly growing customer base.

    Required Skills and Experience
    • Five years or more Java software development experience with strong knowledge of I/O processing, concurrency, and database access
    • JBoss application server, deployed in UNIX (Sun/Solaris)
    • Strong in object oriented analysis and design
    • Also a plus:
      • UI design and development – HTML, AJAX/DWR, JSP, Javascripts, CSS, Spring Framework
      • Python experience
      • Apache web server in a UNIX environment
      • MySQL database
    • Systems orientation, with excellent skills in systems analysis, design, development, implementation, and support
    Other Required Qualifications
    • Ability to lead team efforts to create high performing, high quality, software systems that result in an excellent end-user experience
    • Excellent problem solving (including problem prevention) skills
    • Excellent communications skills – written and verbal
    • Individual with desire and ability to learn, achieve, and excel

    Scan/Index Operators - Two Harbors, MN

    Responsibilities include turning paper documents into electronic images, ensuring the completion of the documents through the scanning process while meeting customer expectations on service level initiatives (meeting turn times), document integrity and maintaining production goals.

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Prior work experience, preferably in a production environment

    Responsibilities include operating Xerox high-speed laser printers to produce documents in accordance with customer expectations; following Standard Operating Procedures to verify print quality and document integrity; completing required record keeping and participating in cross training schedule; and working in other areas of the company as requested.

    • Prior work experience, preferably in production printing and mailing
